Meeting
Management Services offers Lead Master™, an electronic read retrieval system that
allows exhibitors to tap directly into the entire registration database. With
Lead Master™, each exhibitor receives a Personal Digital Assistant or PDA as they
are commonly known running Lead Master™. When a registrant visits the booth,
the exhibitor keys in the registrant's 4-digit record number (printed on the name
badge). All information on the visitor is automatically displayed on the screen. The
exhibitor can: - Record the answers to a customized set of questions.
- Fill
in the "action steps" portion of the record.
- Type in any text in a "notes"
field.
- Review leads from prior days or earlier that day.
- Look
up a particular individual or organization in the registration database to determine
they are registered. Scroll through all registration records to see who is registered.
Each
day, the exhibitor receives an updated database of registrants. Following the
show, a final disk containing the last day's on-site registrants is forwarded
to each exhibitor. Lead Master™ puts the latest technology to work for exhibitors,
helping them to realize the full potential of their trade-show generated sales
leads.
