Registration
Meeting registration is a labor-intensive process with no room for error. Your organization doesn't need the headache!
MMS provides full service registration management, including:

- Online registration support and processing

- Badges and other registration materials

We maintain full responsibility for all aspects of the registration process - from many months out until several weeks after the meeting.

Housing
MMS offers centralized housing services, to which we apply the same standards of service as we do to registration.
We provide complete housing block management, tracking your room block's inventory in order to maximize
your group's room usage, whether in one hotel or city-wide.
For multiple-property room blocks, we direct bookings so that your usage is maximized at all hotels, in order to minimize any attrition consequences that may occur.
We continue to take bookings after the published cut-off date, and replace canceled rooms with new bookings, so that your group receives full credit for all attendees.
We handle cancellations and changes right up until day of arrival.
MMS staff will be there on-site in advance to ensure a hassle-free arrival for your attendees.
